Clinical Case 013

The circumstance is that of a patient who has been diagnosed with a squamous cell carcinoma of the face. The lesion measured 2.4cm with a differentiation of G2. The malignant cell showed neurotropism with prominent and frequent perineural infiltration in moderate size nerves. In addition the deep margin of the excision specimen was entirely positive over a 4mm front.

Describe how you would treat the patient if the lesion were located in the following sites. (Dose, fractionation, positioning, technique, etc, etc)
